This is so crucial. Dive deep into the uncomfortable by thinking about what would happen if your health continued down the path you were on and GOT WORSE. This is your push.

NUTRITION EDUCATION + Custom Nutrition Plan - During the onboarding call, we will put together your progressive nutrition protocol and fit things around your preferences. 

I'm going to teach you on a deeper level than merely "following a plan" but the plan simplifies the process.
Daily Food Diary & Progress Report - You will be tracking your food intake with Myfitnesspal and I will be able to check daily to ensure you are on track. Biweekly you will be submitting your photos and measurements for review in the app.

The Transformation Fitness System - This is where I am a little different. We are here to adapt and customize the plan for you, no doubt! With that being said, the program is science-backed and we are going to make adjustments around the framework that is PROVEN TO WORK.

2. Take Your Progress Photos - Do not move onto the next step without these. They are needed when completing your check-ins

4B. Schedule Your "Form For Success" 
Personal Training Session This is to ensure that when doing the workouts you can properly adapt and so you do things RIGHT!

5. Use the username and password from the "Login details for online training" email you received to login. Go into the results tracking and fill out the respective fields. Watch the how to calculate bodyfat video and calculate, take your waist measurements, and any additional measurements you want to track. These are the most important ones.
